Q:Are reservations to be used for the charter trips, or should we reserve dates for the regular day-trip to Tintamarre?
A: Charter trips are arranged regarding your specific needs via email. Regarding our regular cruises ie: Gourmet, PikNik or for the Around Saint Martin Cruise, all you need to do is fill in the online reservation form, click on the INFO on the Rates page or the Yellow ticket on the Our Cruises description pages. Replies (usually in 24 hours)
Q: Do you take DEPOSITS? A: Yes we require a 20% Deposit to secure your reservation. When we receive your online reservation form we email you an acknowledgement for your date request and an invoice from a reputable secure online service to process your deposit after which we email you a confirmation. We refund deposits if the cruise is cancelled by the Captain.
Q: Do you need a minimum number of passengers for a trip? A: We need a minimum of 6 guests to set sail (our responsibilty), however exceptions do occur...
Q: Do you accept single guests? A: YES
Q: If we reserve a date, how will we know if there are enough passengers? A: Now that we take reservations in advance by e-mail the rescheduling of trips should drop off.
Q: What do we need to bring ? A: Towels to sit on, sun lotion, sandals to stroll around if you wish to explore....
Q: What about tipping? A: Well it isn`t a town in China lol. Unlike most service businesses on the French side we do not include a service charge in the all inclusive price of your cruise. Therefore tips are appreciated usually 10-20%
